Postage

All parcels are dispatched 1pm daily. Standard flat rate delivery parcels are all sent Royal mail first class recorded delivery; this service is aimed for next day but can sometimes take 2-3days. For guaranteed next day delivery for all orders received by 1pm Monday – Friday and 10am Saturday we offer Special delivery at checkout. Please note, Sarahlouise Lashes® are not responsible for any parcels that are attempted to be delivered and the parcel is subsequently not picked up from the Post Office.

If you receive a card from the Post Office saying they have attempted a delivery, please go to your local Post Office as soon as you can to collect this – if you do not collect the parcel within 10 days and the Post Office no longer have it, we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the package. Please double check and confirm the address is full and correct. Any addresses provided with missing house numbers or incorrect postcodes and go missing will be at the responsibility of the buyer, we can only send to the address provided. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that are unwanted or change of mind. If you receive an item damaged/faulty we will of course exchange/refund this for you. In any such case you must notify us within 7 days or receiving item.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Once received and fault checked the item will be refunded/exchanged within 10 days of receipt by us via payment method used originally.
